On top of your driver updates, check your ram allocation. Sometimes it does weird shit like defaulting to 256Mb or things like that. It’s part of the debug screen

But in all seriousness, maybe driver update? If not try reinstalling the drivers

That pc does need an upgrade, maybe to something like a i7 8700k and RTX 2080ti. Terraria will definatwly look good witg ray tracing

How do I solve this issue ?

Terraria is running at 53 constant fps. And only uses 6.2% of processing power of the CPU and 3.2% of GPU.

Thats weird. My computer has an i3 7100 @ 3.9 GHz with integrated graphics and 8 GB RAM, and Terraria runs super well. And Im pretty sure it should use more CPU/GPU power than that.

PS I have tried changing every video setting.
